Cimarron Ponds

Welcome to Cimarron Ponds! Our community is located in a beautiful setting of ponds, mature trees, walking paths, AND INCLUDES TENNIS COURTS, PICKLEBALL COURTS, AND A SWIMMING POOL.

We respect privacy while encouraging participation in our all-volunteer TEAM of block captains, and at monthly BOARD meetings.

We offer opportunities for residents to meet at our annual social events. The City of Plymouth offers community resource programs, such as the SENIOR LINKAGE LINE (1-800-333-2433) and the SENIOR GRAPEVINE (A Bi-monthly Publication of Plymouth Parks and Recreation), where residents can provide services to one another at no cost in areas such as computers, household and outdoor chores, and pet care.

Our volunteer Board is committed to BEING STEWARDS of your investment in the community, providing professional resources for services and repairs, and maintaining the property in prime condition.

We hope that residents will play an active role in keeping our community a safe, environmentally friendly, and healthy place to live.

Events

  • The Annual Meeting will be held at 6:30pm on the second Monday of May in the upper level of Messiah Methodist Church.

    The Cimarron Ponds Annual Garage Sale will be held May 30th - June 1st from 8am to 5pm. Treasures Galore!!!

    May 13th ANNUAL MEETING: Two of our seven owner/directors have their terms expiring. Is it your turn to serve? Just submit or email your name and a short bio to any of the directors. One offsite LANDLORD may be elected.

    Owners that plan to vote by written proxy... it still counts towards our quorum. You may use the proxy form in the April newsletter or generate your own proxy form as long as it includes:

    1) Your printed owner name and the date/time of signing, 2) Your signature as owner, 3) Your CPHA unit address, 4) The name of the proxy holder; this is the attending person that shall receive a blank extra ballot on your behalf.
